Our Check-In Procedure: You don’t need to physically check-in with us upon arrival. Simply arrive at The East Island Reserve, enter the personalized code provided to you via email (arriving to your e-mail inbox approximately 24 hours prior to your arrival). When you depart, simply lock the door behind you.
On-site parking is available.
Minimum Stay Requirements
We require a 2 night minimum stay from May 1 to Oct. 9. On seasonal weekends, holidays, or times during local events, we may require a 3 night minimum stay. However, if you are interested in staying a single night please give us a call and we may be able to accommodate you.
Room Rates, Deposits & Payment
Guest will be charged 50% of total booking cost (including taxes and fees) at the time of reservation. 30 days prior to stay, Guest will be charged the 50% balance that remains.
If a cancellation is necessary, 50% of the deposit will be returned if the cancellation occurs 90 days prior to the beginning of any stay. Should a cancellation occur within 90 days of any stay, no refund will be issued.
The East Island Reserve welcomes pets for an additional fee of $100 per stay. Guests traveling with pets must call (401) 845-8300 prior to booking to verify availability of a pet-friendly room or risk not being able to check in with a pet and/or incurring any associated cancellation penalties.
Wi-Fi is available. Login information is provided in your cottage, suite or guest room.
